Cupping

A slight vacuum is created by placing unique suction cups on top of large muscle.  The cups remain stationary or are moved over the muscular area.  Cupping relieves muscle tension and causes redness and bruising of the area that will be visible for a few days.

Gua Sha

Muscular areas are scraped using a gua sha tool, coin or spoon, until the skin turns red.  Gua Sha means 'to scrape a fever away'.  Gua Sha is used to release trapped heat or relieve muscular pain in the body.  The redness of the area will be visible for a few days.
