Financial Policy

Payment is made by cash or check.

Appointments are reserved with a credit card.
 
Full payment is to be made:
• at the time of service
• for cancelations < 24 hour notice

A "super bill" with health insurance codes is provided, upon request.

Clients use the super bill to file claims for reimbursement with their health insurance provider.
